This short film was created in collaboration with Iranian musician and composer based in the Netherlands: Milad Dehghan. The project is part of the BIP "Common Ground" initiative in Frankfurt, supported by the EU through the Erasmus+ program.

The video was filmed at the Forum in Groningen and edited by me, featuring original background music composed by Milad. Our intention was to capture the act of observation and the unique atmosphere that emerged during a public music performance at the Forum—a moment where art and space came together to connect everyone present.

We reflected on the subtle magic that happens in places dedicated to social and cultural gatherings, and how the mere existence of such spaces makes these human interactions and artistic expressions possible. We need more places like the Forum—spaces that inspire connection and creativity.

The film includes scenes of people dancing, enjoying live opera performances, and an interview with Ether van Dyh the organizer a talented opera singer, artist, composer, and music director of the opera group Rizzare.
